My acne was not severe, but about 7 months ago reached a level that was impossible to accept...my whole face was full of zits, cysts and papules. Anyway, before getting that bad it was a little better, and about 6 months before this ugly huge breakout i had a mild acne. In this long way to cure my acne, my dermatologist gave me Minocin, witch worked really good, and after 3 months i was acne free. And now the ¨good¨ part, I really tought i have got rid of acne, but 1 month after finishing the treatment acne was reapearing. Two months after the treatment my face looked very bad. I went to the dermatologist again, and he gave me the same stuff, Minocin. But this time no improvements, on the opposite, It was worse. After taking Minocin for a month i went again to the dermatologist, and my acne was so severe that he gave me Dercutane ( Isotretinoin) witch contains the same thing as Roaccutane. About Dercutane I will talk in my future posts. In conclusion Minocin is good and it works if you have a mild form of acne. If you take Minocin and it cures your acne temporarily but after a while it reapears i suggest to try something easle, becouse your organism is getting used to what Minocin contains and the results won´t be the same as in the first treatment. Please consult your doctor before taking Minocin.

Choosing Your Next Acne Treatment

Hey guys! I know that finding an acne treatment that really works can take really long periods of time, others never find it and they skip to laser and other expensive treatments. The truth is that, everytime you see a tv commercial or any type of ad,they say their product is the best and<br />you will get results in the first few days guaranteed and things like that. But the truth is that finding a product witch really works FOR YOU, can be very difficult. There are few people who are that lucky to get rid of acne from the first treatment they try. For the rest of us there is only one way.... the long way...trying and trying ...hoping that the next one will work. So in order to help people to get ridof acne, I would like you people to post here your experience with acne products. What I want is everyone who had acne and got rid of it or is getting rid of it, to post the type of acne, the type of skin and the treatment you´re taking.
